The product is good, but the customer service is very very bad. I never had a bad customer service before from lenovo. But I had a very bad customer service when I buy this product in China. The problem arised when my company didn't want electronic invoice and want paper fapiao from the product that I bought. I told to the lenovo customer service that when I bought the product I didn't know that I can choose paper invoice, therefore I ask them to send me a paper invoice instead of electronic invoice. But they refuse to do so by saying what already input cannot be altered anymore. So I am stuck with this stupid electronic invoice they gave to me. Be serious Lenovo! Lenovo is a big company, it's not that hard to change electronic invoice to paper invoice. I don't think I want to buy anything from lenovo if their customer service is this bad. Better buy from another manufacturer like Toshiba or Dell with their nice service.
